Mr. Khalid Al-Abdan, the founding partner of Defence Law Firm participated, in the Technology Sector Forum entitled:
“How Regulations Can Create an Attractive Investment Environment in FinTech,” organized by the Federation of Saudi Chambers through the National Committee for FinTech and Venture Capital, with the participation of experts from the Capital Market Authority and a number of investors and entrepreneurs.

The forum focused on several key topics, including developing market infrastructure, enabling the financial market ecosystem (FinTech), and enhancing governance and transparency.

Defence Law Firm’s participation reflects its commitment to contributing to the development of the regulatory environment for the technology sectors in the Kingdom, in line with the objectives of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.
